The patented warm mix system not only saves energy, it eliminates smoke and emissions and has an improved compaction rate without compromising the mix quality. To eliminate blue smoke, powerful fans route the hydrocarbon emissions into the drum burner for incineration or to a fiberbed filter collection unit.
To eliminate the release of any dust particles, the run-around system weighs all the fine dust, then meters it back into the mix using an automatically controlled VFD air lock.

Sustainability is also at the core of our production process. By integrating recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and eco-friendly additives into our mixes, we reduce waste, conserve resources, and lower emissions without compromising quality.
