Powerline Paving manufactures advanced asphalt materials

With a new state-of-the-art asphalt production facility on Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach, Florida, the team at Powerline Paving traces its roots back more than a century. Wills Ryan, Pat Ryan, and Joseph Burke, three of the company’s owners, are part of The Ryan Companies – a family-owned venture that has been involved in infrastructure development, heavy civil and roadway construction since 1884.

As a co-owner of Powerline Paving Group, Jeff Cohen is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in the asphalt industry. After building and leading a successful paving company that became the largest in Southeast Florida, he transitioned from customer to supplier, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to deliver high-quality asphalt solutions. His dedication to customer success and focus on innovation has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
